Excerpt from the Book
1 flying disc and a 20 yard span to cross.
Using a flying disc, have each individual in the group touch the side of the disc with one finger, without touching anyone else in the group (hair doesn’t count as a touch for this one). From this point, have the group move together, about 20 yards, without dropping the disc or touching one another.
•Was anyone uncomfortable? Was anyone left out? Why?
•Could you add more people? How many?
•Did anyone touch another person and not speak up?
•Who is responsible for following guidelines?
•What was the reaction to dropping the disc?
•Were you able to get past the problems you encountered?
•Carry a bucket of water overhead in the same manner - finger tips only. It’s permissible to touch others during this one.
•Use different size balls. Start out with a larger beach ball - this seems easy. Progress through different sizes. Could you get your entire group around a golf ball?
•ADULTS ONLY - Every player gets a stick-pin. Travel with a balloon!!
